Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these types of purchases.


Subscriptions

  • When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

  • Your payment information is stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you pay in advance.

  • Our subscriptions will not auto-renew at the end of the term. If you would like to renew, please select a new product subscription and be aware that you can cancel anytime.

  • To cancel or change your subscription, follow the links in your order confirmation emails. You can manage your subscription directly from there.

Pre-orders

  • A pre-order is for an item that is out-of-stock or will be available soon. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and charge the remaining amount when the product is ready.

  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order before it has been fulfilled.

  • Once the pre-order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund. See our Refund Policy for more details.
